Jim Beam Hot Punch

Often a lot of work is hidden behind a simple looking product shot. Take this image for example for a discerning Jim Beam client. It required compositing separate shots provided by alter for the bottle, capsule, mug, cinnamon stick, liquid and steam. The background was illustrated and the labels provided as vector art were wrapped around the mug and bottle in Photoshop. All the shading and reflections then had to be added in. Sometimes it's what you can't see that is important in a quality image.
