Happy Monster

This Happy Monster character was created for a pharmaceutical client. Using my character sketches as a guide a CGI artist at alter then rendered the monster. The fur, however, was proving problematic especially given the tight deadline. What to do? Luckily I was able to borrow some fur from stock images of lions, an orangutan and yes even a pomeranian. Our monster was happy with his new coat and so was the client!
